As I was leaving Belene this man was heading into town. When I saw his tractor I did a double-take, he saw me and shrugged, I reversed the car and he graciously pulled over. When I asked if he spoke English or German he responded in Bulgarian and held out his hand. We shook hands. I pointed to the American flag and he explained, in Bulgarian. I made camera gestures and he smiled and indicated that would be o.k.<\/p>\n
