You might fail at the task, you might lose the competition. A challenge was something you strove to rise to, with the understanding that try as you might, this was a thing which you might still lose attempting. In the 21<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a0Century one &#8222;challenges&#8220; one&#8217;s social media &#8222;friends&#8220; to post lists of things: favorite books, favorite music, or photos on a particular theme. That&#8217;s all, just post photos, often photos of &#8222;likes&#8220;: here are CDs I like, here are movies, here are books I like. In this world a challenge is something you can&#8217;t fail at, and a task which hasn&#8217;t proven anything at all once you&#8217;ve completed it.
