Russia state-affiliated media

How did Galloway get this classy Russia state-affiliated media tag? I want one! Decades ago I was used to being told I was in the pay of the Soviet Union, then during the 1990s that disappeared (leaving me with a stack of unpaid invoices of course), and I went without a nasty evil overlord until 9/11, when I could become knowingly or unknowingly complicit with The Terrorists™. In 2022, thankfully, I have again received a „Russian troll“ accolade on Twitter, however now that I know this official tag exists I feel somewhat naked without it.
